Seriously.... Best Vegas trip ever!
If I were to try to type everything... it would be REALLY difficult. But Ill try.
Andrew and I got up EARLY on Friday to head out to Vegas. Drive was awesome and we both got some good laughs out of the trip. I had the hookup at Luxor and we got there nice and early.

We played a little bit of cards... but I mean COME ON... its time for the biggest series of the year. Watched the game at the sports book. Fridays game was CRAZY... Up 3 then down 3 then win in the 11th. Nice money on that game too :) So Friday night started with a bang. We hit up the tables and made some good change as well as a new pitboss pal. She wanted to talk about her problems and somebody to listen to them...so I made sure that it was me:) So... yeah.. Our Pitboss buddy has us with a hook up for life. No more paying for rooms at the Luxor :)
With our winnings, Steve and I decided to go shopping at Caesars. Got a new shirt and bought steve and I some new Diesels. Woo hoo!

I love shopping at Caesars. The vibe is awesome and the colors are beautiful. We ate at a tequila bar there and had some AWESOME Guac. Andrew was playing Poker so Steve and I walked around and we got a chance to see Pete Rose at a shop. Pretty cool. MAN is he getting old. One of my favorite things I saw at Caesars was at the Elton John store. There were pictures of Elton at different venues. There was a huge poster of Elton in a Rhinestone Dodger Uniform singing at Dodgers Stadium in front of a packed house. It was awesome!

Since we were in the walking mood... we went over to Marg'ville to get steve some goodies. We stopped by the Bellagio to enjoy the water and the heat...

Steve and I ended up walking from Caesars to the MGM! A couple of miles worth of walking did the trick! We were able to go see the Lions which was AWESOME! While we waited for the Dodger game to get started, we walked up to the lions and were able to see them so up close that we could touch them if not for the 5' thick windows :) They really were the King of the Jungle man... WOW!

So after all this maddness happens... Its time for the Coldplay concert at MGM. Wow. I dont know how Im going to be able to describe this one. Eclectic? Electric? Moving for sure. They rocked it. It felt like an English Soccer Stadium in that EVERYONE was chanting in unison. Even afterwards in the halls everyone was doing the WOAH O WOAH OOOO WOAH's :) It was AMAZING!

And guess who came out for the concert but Darren and Rosa with our friends Sandra and Taylor! So after the show we made sure to get a late dinner and go back to the Flamingo where they were staying. It was awesome. I rocked the new Diesels and the Seer Sucker Jacket with a designer shirt. Walked in with the Fat Stacks of moola... it felt like I was doing it OLD SCHOOL! Darren and Rosa were all dressed up and we ROCKED it! How much fun was it to meet friends in Vegas?!

When we got to the Casino, Taylor had wanted to play some Black Jack. I dont fancy myself a 21 player so Rosa and I stood behind and watched. Right behind the table was a nickel slot and I said.. "why dont you play?" So since Rosa wasnt a gambler... I showed her how its done. Slide in a 20... press the button... BUT... you have to pull the handle old school for good luck. Pressing the auto button is just lazy. So I pulled the lever and looks like we win on the first roll. I say "see!" and we laugh. Then look at the screen.... Um... Did we just... win big? What does the screen say?

So yeah... 8025 nickels.. roughly 400 some odd bucks... On a NICKEL slot. We laughed and ordered drinks as we danced to the corny little dance music that was being played by the machine. Little old ladies congratulated us on our "big win" and we watched as the nickel bet turned into paying for the weekend:)
I met Daren over at the Wynn in the morning to take him on a Grand Tour of arguably the most beautiful hotel that you could ever go to. We had some great drinks and spent time talking shop in the sportsbook. It was awesome. We also met the rest of the friends for Lunch at the Wynn. And guess who came in to eat with US... well...not us.. but at the establishment...? Kobe. Yeah. That one. Pretty crazy. He had his kids with him. Didnt bother him but was still pretty cool. We had good lunch and I said goodbye to go find Andrew and Steve. Andrew happened to be playing poker with William Hung (the nerd from american idol) and steveo had just won 40 bucks on PENNY slots. I figured our luck couldnt get much higher so we better go.
My luck didnt get much higher... 2 accidents before state line. 7 hours to get home. Which SUCKED! BUT the boys in blue had an AMAZING comeback against the Dbacks to pull in a tie for 1st place!!! 5 runs in the 9th!!!! Tell me... how can a weekend get better then all of that!?
This truly was the BEST Vegas trip I have ever had in my entire life! VIVA!
