A magic setting for a magic walkoff-

I have said it before and I will say it a million times more. Dodger stadium is the most beautiful place in the world. The obvious is that its a historically gorgeous venue that echoes with history and is dripping in scenery. The mountains in the background give you the feeling as if you are enclosed in some secret valley of sport where the blue reign supreme. Tonight, the valley had a fireworks show.

In the 4th inning with the dodger bats falling silent, the sky opened and let the sun settle in the distance, burning its amber and pink onto the nights canvas. Across the night sky was an amazing array of color and light that reminded you just where you were... blue heaven.

What better setting could you ask for drama? Kershaw pitched a solid 6 innings while setting his career high in strikeouts. Manny got another clutch RBI and in the 9th inning, the dodgers got a little fireworks of their own. Andre Ethier hit a walk off, scoring Russel Martin from 2nd and the Dodgers won the game 4-3. You just couldnt ask for a more beautiful night.
